September is always our busiest time of year. Growth is exciting—but it’s also demanding. And while I could talk about long hours, packed schedules, and growing pains, I’d rather take a moment to recognize the people who inspire us most: our customers and the true team players in our own ranks.

Every day, we see customers who amaze us. Healthcare professionals who work back-to-back shifts, who cover for co-workers without hesitation, who show up with a smile even when they’re running on fumes. They remind us what dedication looks like. They remind us that hard work is not only alive—it’s thriving.

And then there are the members of our Jeness team who embody that same spirit. The ones who step in when needed, pick up extra hours, and treat this company as something worth building together. You’re the glue that keeps everything moving, even when the pace is relentless.

To our customers—thank you for showing us every single day what it means to serve with heart. You set the bar high. And to our team—let’s match that bar. Let’s take a cue from the people we serve, who are working harder than ever in their own fields, and show that we’re just as committed to pulling our weight.
