• Fast Shipping: $9.00 — 3–5 business days

• Faster Shipping: $16.00 — 2 business days

• Fastest Shipping: $25.00 — 1 business day

Free Shipping: Orders of $50 or more qualify for free Fast(ish) Shipping.

Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing time is separate from shipping transit time.

Customized and embroidered products may require additional processing time.

Shipping times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, and other circumstances outside our control.

6. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Scrubs by Jeness accepts eligible returns within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Returned merchandise must be:

• Unworn and unwashed.
