Chest: With arms relaxed at your sides, measure the fullest part of your chest.

Waist: Loosely measure where your trousers would normally ride.

Hip: Stand with your heels together and measure around the fullest part of your hips.

Inseam: Select a pair of your best-fitting pants of a similar material. Measure from the crotch to the bottom. The number of inches, to the nearest half-inch, is the inseam.

Back Length: Measure total length from the high point of the shoulder to the hip.
